Consultancies offer expertise in process and product development, plant design, and finance while product manufacturers supply to major end-user markets, including Packaging, Electronic, Automotive, Building, Medical, Leisure, Telecommunications, and Domestic Appliances. Many customers in these markets are high quality leaders in their own right, including Boots, British Aerospace, Elizabeth Arden, GEC, Hoover, IBM, Lucas CAV, Philips, Racal, Renault, Rolls Royce, Sanyo, Siemens.

• Around 75,000 tpa thermoplastic compounding capacity including LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, PE, PP, PA, PS, SAN, ABS, PC, PMMA
• Thermoset compounds including Phenolic SMC, DMC, granules, flocks and Prepregs.
• Compounding additives including a wide range of colour masterbatches both specific and universal, incorporating flame retardents, bio-degradables, anti-slip, anti-static, glass fibre, chalk and talc filled materials.
• Engineering thermoplastics including glass fibre reinforced varieties.
• Over 50 injection moulding machines ranging from 25 to 600 tonnes lock and 45gms to 8.5kg shot weight
• Around 20 extrusion lines with haul-off for rod, film and profiles
