Our members have machines from 25 to 600 tonne with Robots for
automated handling and Clean Room facilities.
They can cope with tools up to 4000Kg
Between them, they process 2500 tonne of polymer each year, from
commodity polymers, such as Polystyrene and Polyethelene to high performance
engineering polymers with sophisticated fillers such as Carbon Fibres
and PTFE etc.
They have the capability for Assembly and Finishing operations including
Tampo Printing, Silk Screen Printing, Hot Foil Stamping and Painting.
The components or assemblies can be also packed ready for 'point
of sale'.
