Rotational Moulding
NEPPCO is able to offer one of the most versatile and cost effective
methods for the production of low to medium volume complex enclosures
in thermoplastics.
From 10 ft cubes to 5-inch balls, a variety of awkward shapes are
possible, including hollow and double wall constructions, using food
grade material if required. Additives can be included and recycled
material may be employed. Metal inserts can be moulded in and various
colours produced. The process lends itself to short lead times and
low tool costs.
Depending on the application of the end product, tools are produced
in either sheet metal or cast aluminium. The interiors of the tools
can be treated to provide a variety of surface textures.
