INNOVATION VOUCHERS WORTH £3K Innovation Vouchers, worth up to £3,000, are now available from the North West Development Agency (NWDA) to help small and medium-sized  businesses in the Northwest purchase academic expertise to  develop innovation and enhance business. The key benefits are:      * Access the wealth of knowledge from our academic institutions      * Resolve a business issue, quickly, efficiently and through a  source not previously utilised      * Easy to apply and spend the voucher Applications for Innovation Vouchers will be accepted during a series of Rounds:      * First Round 27 Oct 08 - 21 Nov 08      * Second Round 12 Jan 09 - 6 Feb 09        Subsequent rounds will be posted nearer the time.
